All of the artwork
featured on this site is created as original
sculpture. The items displayed represent both custom
orders and the artist’s “idea” pieces.

Composition
Each metal sculpture is created from an assortment
of iron materials
such as square tubing, round bar, angle iron, sheet
metal, recycled
metal and industrial scrap. For every sculpture,
the iron must be
shaped by using a combination of handmade jigs,
specialty hammers, manual benders and brute strength.
Cutting methods include an
oxy-acetylene torch, a chop saw and shears. All
components are
then assembled by MIG welding each element into
place to form the sculpture. The final step is applying
a finish or a combination of
finishes.
Each sculpture is original
with a unique personality. It is created to stimulate
the imagination and to evoke a smile. |
